No. Customers just tap a link you send them. It opens directly in their phone's browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.). No app store, no account, no friction.
What devices and browsers are supported?
VisualSupport works on any modern smartphone or tablet with a camera. Tested on iOS Safari, Chrome (Android & desktop), Edge, and Firefox. Your technician dashboard works on any desktop browser.
Is the video connection secure?
Yes. All video streams use WebRTC with end-to-end encryption. The video goes directly between devices (peer-to-peer) and never passes through our servers. Session links are unique and expire after use.
Can I brand it with my company logo?
Professional and Enterprise plans include custom branding. Add your logo, colors, and company name to the customer-facing interface so it looks like your own tool.
How does the free trial work?
